“ Oh my.... This is no ordinary breakfast. My choice was plated beautifully and tasted even better! The multigrain toast was tasty with the soft butter and rich jam. The eggs were prepared just as I asked, and the Turkey sausage patties were huge. But it was the smashed golden Yukon potatoes that were bursting with flavor! The restaurant design is light, spacious and filled with music and many, many customers' conversations. ”

“ My daughter suggest coming here as it's a fairly new coffee shop and she likes it. It's not a small shop at all. This place is massive. They have lots of seatings inside and 2 areas. You'll have to come here and understand. Looks like they have a patio as well that you can but it's too cold so no chairs/tables were out. Food variety of drinks, pastries and a full menu of eats. Food portions are pretty big and I think it's worth the price. Great service from everyone we encountered. Fast service as well. We got our food and drinks within 10mins of ordering. WiFi is a bit slow and cuts in and out while we sat at the larger dining area. Not sure if it's better on the other side. Large and clean spot to meet up with others. Will definitely come back. ”

“ What a lovely spot, from the moment you walk in you feel the great vibes. I don't know how i haven't gotten to check this place out sooner! I absolutely love the loft and open lay out of this restaurant as well at the fact that they have so many well taken care of plants all over the restaurant. Well taken care of plants says a lot about the business! I ordered the "West coast toast" with added smoked salmon as well as the Iced matcha einspänner, both were outspokenly delicious- The toast definitely hit the spot, i really do believe the cucumber and pickled radishes added in the toast was the cherry on top!The mix of all the delicious flavors with the smoked salmon was so tasty to me! I have to admit i underestimated their matcha, however upon ordering the Matcha Einspänner, unsweetened of course, i actually very much enjoyed my matcha with my toast! Overall, i loved this place and this might now become one of my new favorites for when i have time to eat, sit and relax somewhere! Absolutely loved it and YOU have to come check this little hidden gem! -:) ”

“ Classic brunch spot in southwest Vegas. Average selection of many items with cool seasonal dishes and drink selections. Haven't tried their bakery items but I am a huge fan of their old school. You can select between bacon and sausage (turkey or ham), type of bread, and how you like your eggs cooked. This dish is paired with the most beautiful smashed potatoes and a small side salad. Salad comes with sugar crusted nuts (pistachios?) and a light drizzle of dressing. I like switching between dipping my sourdough in the creamy runny yolk or spreading some butter and jam on the top. Such a perfect mix of flavors. This time I tried the chai latte, asked for less sweet, and it was perfect! Great nutty and spiced taste. Service was fast even with a long line and there are many seating option available, even though the parking lot is rather small. ”

“ Neighbors is such a joy to Come and hang out at. There is so much space and natural lighting here, it feels so calm and peaceful to just sit down and have an amazing meal. The food is excellent, especially the crispy smashed potatoes. The portions are spot on, and the coffee is excellent. You can tell this is a labor of love, from everything you eat here, and not to mention how genuine everyone feels here. The best thing for me here is definitely the cinnamon roll. Best pastry I ever spent 8 bucks on, 10/10 experience ”

“ We love Neighbors! It's become a regular spot for us whenever we end our Las Vegas visits. I couldn't resist ordering the same thing I often get, the vanilla bean oats. These are served cold as overnight oats and are perfectly sweetened, topped with shredded coconut, granola, strawberries, and blueberries. Delicious! I had an iced matcha Einspanner with my breakfast, and it was perfectly creamy and lightly sweetened with a nice light taste of the matcha. Husband had his favorite breakfast burrito without the meat and had a cinnamon honey latte with it (I forgot the name of it but it was good!) We always enjoy the food here. Staff is friendly and attentive. The inside has a simple but modern vibe with natural wood and lots of plants. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table so it's kind of a hybrid quick service spot. This is a great hidden gem located away from the strip! ”

“ Very cute place to grab some breakfast! Can get packed. Would recommend to look at the menu ahead of time since it does change and you would essentially order first then find a seat. Lots of space, great for groups or just a date. Tried their cortado and casino cookie which was great! Steak n Eggs was delicious! I believe their pastries and baked goods are baked daily but limited every day so some things can sell out if you're arriving later. ”
